Instructions

Place the hands in prayer position.

Cross the forearms with the right arm closer to the chest, so that the backs of the hands are facing each other, about six inches apart.

The fingers point upward.

Relax the shoulders, back and down, with the elbows held away from the body and the spine aligned.

Recite 3 times: Within my aura of protective energy all negativity is neutralized completely.
Mudra
It's a gesture done with the hands, that focuses and directs energy in a yoga pose or meditation. Mudras are ancient in origin. Most of the ones used in contemporary yoga come from Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
